These terms apply to all purchases made on this website, operated by Rivaj. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our products are handcrafted from copper, brass and kansa. Product images are representative; minor variations in finish, size and colour are natural and expected in handmade pieces.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Delivery is free on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹99 delivery charge applies to smaller orders and is shown before payment. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹2,500 with a ₹100 COD charge; COD orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and we may decline COD for any order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund any order placed at an incorrect price.
An order is confirmed once payment is successful; Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed once you confirm them with us by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or cannot be delivered to your address.

Coupon codes give the discount shown at checkout, subject to any minimum order, maximum discount and expiry date stated with the offer. One code can be used per order, codes have no cash value, and we may change or withdraw an offer at any time. Paying online gives ₹50 off the order total. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Reviews, photos and messages you send us must be honest and your own. By submitting a review you allow us to publish it on our website. We may edit for length or decline reviews that are abusive, unrelated or misleading.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for misuse of products contrary to the care and usage guidance on this website.
Bulk orders are governed by the written quotation we provide, including pricing, timelines and personalisation details.
Pure copper vessels are intended for storing drinking water. Use only kalai (tin) or steel-lined cookware for cooking. Traditional wellness information on this site is not medical advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
