Delivery is free on all orders above ₹999 to any serviceable PIN code in India. Orders of ₹999 or less have a flat delivery charge of ₹99, shown clearly in your cart and at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders up to ₹2,500 (order value before the COD charge), with a COD charge of ₹100. Paying online instead saves ₹50. We confirm every COD order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, so please keep your phone reachable. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
Regular orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment. Bulk, corporate and personalised or engraved orders take longer; we confirm the exact timeline in your quote before you pay.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations, depending on the courier and your PIN code.
Once your order ships, we will share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp and/or email.
Every piece is carefully packed in protective material. Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel, as this helps us resolve any transit damage quickly.
If your parcel is delayed, appears tampered with, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
