FAQs

Festive gifting, answered

Why is copper or brass bought on Dhanteras?
Dhanteras marks the start of Diwali, and buying metal — gold, silver, copper or brass — for the home is traditionally considered auspicious and a sign of prosperity. Copper lotas, kalash, brass urulis and copper water vessels are popular Dhanteras purchases and gifts.
What are good Diwali gifts in copper?
Copper water bottles with glasses, meena-painted bottles and jars, copper matka tanki, brass urulis for flowers and diyas, puja lotas and brass masala boxes. Our ready-made hampers combine these into one gift.
How do I use the RIVAJ10 coupon?
Add pieces to your cart, go to checkout and enter RIVAJ10 in the coupon box. You get 10% off the items (up to ₹500), and an extra ₹50 off if you pay online.
When should I order for Diwali?
As early as you can. Regular orders are dispatched within 3 business days, and delivery time depends on your city. For corporate orders, share your date in the bulk enquiry and we plan the timeline with you.
Can I send a hamper directly to someone with a message?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and write your gift message in the order notes. For many recipients, use our Bulk & Corporate Orders page and we deliver to each address.
